Michael Kors la 40 de ani | Un spectacol de modă care reflectă dragostea lui pentru teatru

În 1981, designerul, care s-a născut în Long Island, New York, și-a fondat propria etichetă, care este încă una dintre cele mai de succes branduri de modă americane până în prezent. Geanta Michael Kors este un simbol de statut și pentru mulți este prima intrare în lumea genților de mână de designer.

Creatorul de modă în vârstă de 61 de ani și-a arătat până acum în mod fiabil colecțiile de îmbrăcăminte la Fashion Week din orașul său natal din New York. Dar, cu ocazia zilei de naștere a mărcii sale, designerul se bazează pe un eveniment special: pe 20 aprilie 2021, el și-a prezentat online colecția de toamnă / iarnă 2021. Prezentarea de modă a fost însoțită de un spectacol al cântărețului și compozitorului american Rufus Wainwright.

Fanaticul de pe Broadway, alături de „o mulțime de legende de pe Broadway”, inclusiv Chita Rivera și Billy Porter, au fost live pentru un pre-spectacol marți dimineață în Times Square. Au prezentat filmul colecției de toamnă, cu Bella Hadid, Naomi Campbell, Precious Lee, Irina Shayk, Ashley Graham și multe altele, într-o scrisoare către o viață mai liberă, cu speranța că vor veni mai multe în curând. 

„Bătăile inimii din New York sunt Districtul Teatrelor și a fost greu de înțeles că a fost oprit, pentru că New York nu se oprește”, a spus Michael Kors despre efectul îngrozitor al pandemiei asupra orașului și a artelor.
