London Fashion Week se va desfășura online

Într-o declarație dezvăluită zilele trecute, BFC a anunțat că atât colecțiile pentru femei, cât și cele pentru bărbați vor putea fi văzute pe o singură platformă online. Aceasta va fi lansată în iunie (când de obicei au loc prezentările pentru colecțiile de bărbați) și va conține interviuri, podcast-uri, jurnale ale designerilor, cursuri online și showroom-uri digitale. Pentru prima oară, acest eveniment va fi deschis publicului din toată lumea.

Rush a adăugat că industria britanică trebuie să accepte nevoile de astăzi, în timp ce industria modei din toată lumea este în continuă schimbare.

„Cealaltă latură a acestei crize, sperăm că va fi despre sustenabilitate, creativitate și produse pe care le respectăm, sărbătorim și le dăm importanță. Prin crearea unei platforme culturale pentru săptămâna modei, ne adaptăm la inovarea digitală care se potrivește cel mai bine nevoilor noastre de astăzi și cu care să construim viitorul. Designerii vor putea să își împărtășească poveștile și colecțiile cu o comunitate globală; sperăm că vor fi inspirații în bucketloads”, a continuat ea.

Această platformă va servi ca un punct de întâlnire pentru a-i ajuta pe creatorii de modă în privința vânzărilor și comenzilor pentru viitorul sezon.
