Sfinx: cea mai modernă vilă din Egipt, care sfidează legile fizicii

Este exact ceea ce a făcut celebrul arhitect spaniol Fran Silvestre, când a fost angajat de un bărbat bogat din Egipt și a cerut să construiască o casă de lux la Cairo, care să aibă „ceva din cultura egipteană antică”.

Arhitectul a preluat ideea originală și a perfecționat-o, prezentând „Sfinxul”, o vilă care a fost inspirată de o creatură mitologică cu corp de leu, cap de om și aripi de pasăre, care era un simbol al înțelepciunii. Construcția vilei a început și va fi finalizată până în 2024, dar ceea ce am văzut până acum în fotografiile publicate este cu adevărat uluitor.

În Sfinx vedem un volum cu două etaje cu un acoperiș plat conectat la un nivel superior mai subțire, dar ridicat la aproape 15 metri deasupra celuilalt, accesibil printr-un lift ascuns. Pe trei niveluri ale reședinței, două etaje plus un subsol, sunt douăsprezece dormitoare, dintre care două apartamente, două bucătării, mai multe camere de zi, un centru spa și chiar grajduri de cai.

În ciuda faptului că casa este practic pe plajă, aceasta este proiectată cu o piscină mare în aer liber, terase spațioase și o grădină pentru relaxare la soare. La nivelul superior se află cea mai mare suită, ceea ce dă impresia că este aproape o unitate în sine, în timp ce fâșii continue de ferestre pe două laturi paralele ale fiecărui volum încadrează vederea spre exterior.

Deocamdată, nu se știe de câți bani vor fi necesari pentru ca vila de lux să strălucească în toată gloria, dar ceva ne spune că câteva milioane de euro vor face din Sfinx o capodopera unică în Egipt.
